A training classroom equipped with mining equipment simulators was opened in Kamianets-Podilskyi with the support of CEMARK

In late April, the Kamianets-Podilskyi Vocational College of Industry, Business, and Information Technology inaugurated a training and practical learning space equipped with state-of-the-art mining equipment simulators. The project was implemented in partnership with CEMARK as part of a long-standing collaboration with the educational institution.

The new facility is equipped with bulldozer and loader simulators—these are the first mining equipment simulators of this caliber in the Khmelnytskyi region. They replicate the operation of real machines with maximum accuracy and allow students to safely master professional skills before entering the workforce.

The use of simulators reduces training time by approximately 40% while simultaneously improving the quality of training for future specialists. In addition to students, training opportunities are also available to veterans and internally displaced persons.

Experienced operators from the Kamianets-Podilskyi Cement Plant were involved in setting up and testing the equipment, which helped make the simulation as close as possible to real-world operating conditions.

For CEMARK, this is not a one-time educational initiative, but part of a long-term strategy for developing human capital. We invest in training future specialists as early as the educational stage to make blue-collar professions more modern, technologically advanced, and attractive to young people.
