CEMARK Launches the Skill Bridge Educational Project in Partnership with Kamianets-Podilskyi College
CEMARK is launching a new joint educational project with Kamianets-Podilskyi Vocational College of Industry, Business, and Information Technology — Skill Bridge.
The initiative aims to combine academic education with the real needs of industry and build a “bridge” between learning and professional practice.
As part of the project, students will gain access to updated curricula, guest lectures from CEMARK specialists, and practical case studies from real-world production.
A separate component consists of “Success Stories” sessions, where young company specialists share their own career paths in the industry.
At the same time, the college’s learning space is being renovated. A modern CEMARK classroom is being created here, which will include:
- simulators of mining equipment for safely practicing skills;
- modern equipment and furniture for comfortable learning;
- a technological environment that closely resembles real-world production conditions.
Skill Bridge is a logical continuation of CEMARK’s collaboration with educational institutions, aimed at developing human capital and training specialists who are ready to work in the modern industry from day one.
We are convinced that combining education with practical business experience creates the best conditions for shaping the professionals of the future and developing communities.
