CEMARK unites Mykolaivcement, Kamyanets-Podilskyi and Odesa cement plants and is part of CRH, a leading building materials business in the world.
In 2011, the cement plant in Kamyanets-Podilskyi put into operation a state-of-the-art, more environmentally-friendly dry-process clinker production line that is the biggest in Ukraine and one of the biggest in Europe. All CEMARK factories use clinker from this line for the production of cement.
In 2024, a cement dispatch complex began operations in the Kyiv region.
In 2025, the first branch in Ukraine of the ‘Technical Hub’ Research and Development Centre of JSC ‘Podilsky Cement’ in the field of building materials was opened in the Kyiv region; it became a platform for the exchange of scientific and technical expertise, the testing of new materials and the development of concrete mix designs.
