CEMARK Cement at the Core of One of Ukraine’s Largest Logistics Centers

The construction of the 47,000 m² AVRORA logistics complex utilized CEMARK CEM II/B-S 42.5 R cement, which served as the foundation for the facility’s concrete structures.
As part of the project, 9,500 m³ of concrete was placed, and modern seamless polished industrial flooring was installed.
The floor concrete was supplied by ASTOR, while the flooring works were carried out by BADING KREIV in cooperation with MAPEI Ukraine.

Challenge
The logistics center is designed for intensive operation of warehouse equipment. Therefore, the flooring had to provide maximum durability, minimal maintenance requirements, and a highly level surface.

Solution
The project incorporated Seamless Flooring Technology (SFT), which significantly reduces the number of joints and enhances the long-term operational reliability of the floor.

Result
The combination of high-quality CEMARK cement, professionally produced concrete supplied by ASTOR, and advanced flooring installation technologies made it possible to create a reliable foundation for the efficient operation of one of the key logistics centers in AVRORA retail network.
